I doubled this recipe and they turned out great! (The only thing I didn’t double was the table sugar; I kept it at 3 tablespoons.) I used a special Maple Pumpkin Peanut Butter I bought from a local purveyor, and it worked just as well as regular PB but with a special twist. Thanks for the recipe!
