It is Saturday morning and we don't have anything that needs to be done today. We don't have anywhere that we need to be. We have a weekend filled with nothing.
I have been dreaming about a weekend filled with nothing since sometime in April. For some reason the busy weekends of summer have crept into spring around here.
I don't even know what to do with myself this weekend, I just feel like the possibilities are endless. Should I bake, paint a few of my canvases, attend a local harvest festival, cook up a storm and fill up the freezer with future meals, or maybe I should just lay around in my pj's and nap on and off for the weekend?
Hmmm. I think I am going to start the morning off with breakfast made by my husband, followed by a lovely cup of coffee while still in my pjs and then see where Saturday and Sunday take me. Ahhh, this. is. the. life. It isn't often that I get to drink my coffee before it gets cold.
So, have your weekends calmed down now that fall is coming upon us or are you still in busy summer mode?

Well we have Little Ones birthday party today and thismorning we went to a consignment store to sell some of Little Ones clothes which took twice as long as it should and I had to listen to mother screaming at their children like they were animals not humans. Then tomorrow I am off to work to look after other peoples kids for an hour then have to watch football in the afternoon. Umm yeah this is a busy one LOL.
It is 2:00pm here and I am still in my PJ's. It is only because soccer was cancelled due to rain and they emailed us last night. Most weekends are still busy. Enjoy whatever you do! Love ya!
Yeah for lazy weekends...I hope you enjoyed it to the fullest!....It's feeling fallish here on the East Coast...how bout in the Rocky Mtn State?
My weekends have become more organized not less busy, which I like.
