I'm not a big hot cross buns person, but I would make them for Easter too. I love your bread challenge! It is fun to read about what you are making. Maybe I will start making a different bread every week too. I just got Artisian Bread in 5 Minutes a Day from the library. I have been doing the basic bread for a while but I want to liven it up a bit I think!

I love hot cross buns. My Dad makes an awesome hot cross bun. I love them toasted.
I am sure I have a great recipe at home in my mums old stork margarine book.
