One of my mottos is “When in doubt, peanut butter.” Okay not really, but it could be. Peanut butter is a universally loved food in this house. No matter the meal it is loved. Sometimes I push the lunch time envelope and pack Madeline’s lunch with things that she might not love in an effort to get her to rethink things. Sometimes I lean on the things I know she loves and just try to serve it up in new ways.
