Our due date is quickly approaching and I reach full term pregnancy status this week. I really love the month of may. The weather starts warming up. The days are sunny and warm and the nights are still cool. What in your life consistently brings you joy? Food makes me happy. Not just eating it, but preparing it, shopping for it and reading recipes in cookbook after cookbook too. You know those moments where life catches you off guard and just a glimpse of something can take your breath away and before you know it you have tears in your eyes. With the whirlwind of buying a new home, selling our current home, pregnancy and preparing for a baby I find myself daydreaming about a relaxing night I spent at Devil’s Thumb Ranch last fall.
